The Canyon Ranch Teen Fitness Camp was created in 2000 when the celebrated Canyon Ranch Fitness Resort joined forces with Julian Krinsky Camps & Programs to create a teen-focused exercise, nutritional, and conditioning experience. Canyon Ranch Teen inspires campers to get the most out of their lives by living healthier in every way from proper nutrition to physical conditioning. Top-notch instruction in sports, spirituality, and spa services are directed by qualified, knowledgeable professionals using the latest equipment and techniques. For teenagers looking to get into exceptional physical and mental shape, the Canyon Ranch Teen Fitness Camp by Julian Krinsky Camps & Programs is a one-of-a-kind program you wont find anywhere else.

Program Description
The Canyon Ranch Teen Fitness Camp by Julian Krinsky Camps & Programs offers more than 100 activities and personal services to get campers in peak physical and mental shape. Campers select their schedule from a combination of fitness, spiritual, nutritional, and personal services offered each afternoon. Activities range from sports psychology to injury prevention, with everything in between.

In addition to the core fitness program, campers choose a golf or tennis track to participate in three hours each day. The Ultimate Tennis track features instruction by USPTA, USPTR, and JKST certified instructors. Campers work on stroke drills, footwork drills, match play, and more. The Ultimate Golf track features instruction from PGA and EGTF professionals who teach swing fundamentals, ball-flight laws, putting, and more.
