@kpgoodwin83 True. I was thinking of when Honda did it to the standard S2000: Cubic capacity went up and rpms came down. Amuse though seem to defy what's possible. Would love to see them let loose on an NSX-R....

@kpgoodwin83 Yeah I agree, if you were to install a turbo onto the Amuse S2300 GT1 in the video without adjusting/ re-tuning the rest of the car to handle the increased power and the like, it would most certainly have an effect on it's handling characteristics/ capabilities. But to my understanding, Amuse did a fully re-tuned turbo version of the same car, as mentioned in my original post. I was simply stating that Amuse probably would have won if they had used that version instead.

@RFID666 not necessarily use upgraded internals (will have tobe replaced anyhow with stroking) and it should still pull those crazy RPM's

@seth570123 yeah one would assume that eccentric shaft is quite a weight advantage on a crank shaft,
i think just turbo would effect the S2000's ability to maintain its cornering speed and rear end control, a super charger would help massively, Hot tuners USA v Jap touge battles has good S.charged S2000 DK and Orido were very impressed but it was out shined by some kids EG6 with a B20 (not sure exact code) yeah Tsuchiya funny guy lots of inital D theory's work in practical

@JAMinguitardude1 turbos are turbos. horsepower might be similar but torque would favour the RX7 alot more.

I got the amemiya fd3s on gran turismo 5 probably best car on the game all I did to it was put a new exhaust racing med tires maybe upgraded the engine can't remember but it destroys any other car on the game I was beating pagani zonda race cars Ferrari race cars ford gt nisisan gtr 10 in it because is pretty quick and so fast round corners it just sticks to the track mines got 478bhp nurdbergring best track for it fast corners just unbeatable gt5 also got the s2k gt1 on it not got it yet though
