  • Very impressive!

  • Like a champ!

  • this dude just inspired me to be that strong at that age range....wow just wow

  • @smith2984 Semper Fidelis is a marine saying

  • @jamesadair89 hey man, this NCO has some time in the Army, and he could probably run about 15 to 20 miles with no problem, his PT(Physical Training) by it's self 1st thing in the morning at 6am till 7 to 730am is more then what most people do in a day, this man is fit from top to bottom and I'm sure he could squat more then you think. This coming from a prior soldier, these older NCO's are the hella strong and much endurance, the ones who maintain, and this man surly does, just letting you know

  • Good Shit but his grip is really wide

  • @sgtfitz71 I hope I didn't offend you, all i'm saying is when you can rep 225x35 and I know by looking at your legs there is no way you could full squat(not half squat) 225x35 there is a problem there

  • @sgtfitz71 do you ever train your legs because, no offence, but you kind of look like johny bravo with your arms being about the size of your thighs. I not bashing you, good upper body strength, but maybe you need to work on them legs.

  • NICE!

  • wow that is impressive!!!!!!!! thats a top end bench press at the nfl combine and their not protecting their country at the same time!
