This is a bench test of a 2001 to 2005 Mercedes C-class radiator fan. It is a near drop-in swap for 26" Mopar radiators.

  • i have a fan with 4 wires 3 large then a small control wire how can i hook this direct to turn on with a switch

  • @rollinporch I have no idea which fan you are working on. That makes it impossible for me to know.

  • @thefeets1 A 2035000293 from a2003 c240 any help is appreciated

  • @rollinporch There should be two large leads and two small leads. If your fan has a metal heat sink it will burn out when connected directly to power. Those need a special fan controller. Go to Moparts.com and look in the Hot Deals and New Products forum. There is a thread on Mercedes Fan Controller. It has all the details.

  • @thefeets1 i have a problem, ***HELP****... my autel scanner shows the temp at 100 degrees celsius but also shows that the engine desired fan speed at 0% but i can activate the fan to 90% with the scanner.. i know the fan is 10% good, why wont the car demand the fan on? it sees a coolant temp of over 100 degrees celsius

  • I need one for my computer

  • im using a double fan that i took of an old mercedes to cool down the interior of my car (which has no a/c) ..is this single fan more powerful than the double ones?

btw, is good to know how many amps its drawing... today i blow up a 30 amp fuse. Now I know why.

  • So I got the same fan at a swap meet but its missing a box where like five little wires go to and it won't work, do you know how to bypass that?

  • i love the american flag!!!! lol!
