Disclaimer: I own nothing in this video, this is from the first episode of Saturday Night Live, property of NBC Universal.

Hey kids! Wanna sing along?

Mister Trouble never hangs around
When he hears this Mighty sound:
"Here I come to save the day!"
That means that Mighty Mouse is on the way!
Yes sir, when there is a wrong to right
Mighty Mouse will join the fight
On the sea or on the land
He gets the situation well in hand
So though we are in danger
We never despair
'Cause we know that where there's danger
He is there!
He is there! On the land! On the sea! In the air!
We're not worryin' at all
We're just listenin' for his call:
"Here I come to save the day!"
That means that Mighty Mouse is on the way!

  • Sorry, but a toilet is funnier than this shit!

  • If you don't like this, then it's obvious you're intelligent.

  • This was OH, so funny. About as funny as a wet rock on a pile of dog shit.

  • awkward humor. its whats popular now, but he one of the originators

  • if you dont like this you obviously have no sense of humour, german perhaps

  • @WOODLEY1981 mark twain said that all comedy originates from uncomfortable situations and defying expectation, which kaufman never failed to do. granted this isn't his best bit. i'd reccomend his 77 hbo special, or dog dtanhope's "no refunds" which is bar none the best american comedy. alive anyways.

  • I don't particularly like this guy though I will agree that he was very talented, just not my thing. I have to say though that this act was comic genius.

  • @996mrg You are very welcome! I felt I owed it to all of those deprived children (like I once was a couple of months ago) who did not know the genius of Andy Kaufman

  • I bet andy was a big influence on galifinakis

  • Oh the days when Saturday Night Live was groundbreaking and edgy. I know everyone has their favorite eras depending on their age (I'm early 30s, so I loved the early 90s version) but in my opinion the show has been shit since Will Ferrall left,

In fact Dave Chappelle had more funny sketches in 2 seasons than saturday night live had in a decade
