Good amount of space in this one bedroom and den in The Icon, 250 Wellington.

The kitchen has a nice island and good finishes (apart from those white cabinet doors).

One of the great things about this building is also a downside. It's right in the middle of downtown. Theater district is walking distance. That's great....but it also comes with some noise in the summer. If you are on the north side of the building, there are several roof top patios from bars and clubs that will be a bit noisy.

The south side however (Wellington) is fairly quiet.

Amenities include a gym, whirlpool, party room, sauna, 24 hour security and are shared with 270 Wellington.
