@Trainerpack she needs to be leaner and taller to look like a vs model... but other than that, she looks great. at least a hell of a lot better than i do.

@heatherdrizz2015 I made my own.. I took for example a bottle and filled it out with water or i have also saved empty fabric softener container with handles and filled them up with water until i get my butt out there and by for real ;)

@tatusha i totally agree with you. one of the VS model trainers said himself to stay away from "heavy" exercises (like 3 sets of squats and lunges) and not to use weight more than 2 lbs. models are slim not bulky which is what this workout encourages

I am a guy and I appreciate girls actually workout to have a good shape body instead of starving themselves to death, having plastic surgery or giving themselves up cause I workout too.
If you are here for this video it means u have already halfway to sucess, if you are persistence then you will be SUCEED!

VS girls don't typically use weights, to create thin and lean bodies like theirs they use resistant bands. From what I've read/heard. Good workout nonetheless!

@sara123456789878 Hey Sara. If you like to gain weight then try doing a split for example two days a week do upper body and two days a week lower body. You should also lift a little heavier weights. I'd say on a scale of 1- 10 the weight should feel like an 8. And do 8-12 reps per exercise. Also make sure you are eating lots of protein like salmon, eggs, cottage cheese, lots of nuts and Greek yogurt.

three sets of squats = huge quads. you might get a toned butt but will still look like a a greyhound: all quads. :))) plus, the previous viewer is right: squats wear out your knees.
