Unbelievable, Charice as you sing, tears run down my checks and stayed under my chin-I don't want to wipe them right away because they're happy tears and I want to let it linger there until you finish blurting those wonderful notes. I followed you since the Star KIng Show, taking millions of steps with you in countless videos until I finally landed in this wonderful song - Charice you've taken me through all those awesome breathtaking journey and I'm very thankful you've carried my heart. Wow!

I cant help but think that David Foster wrote this for Charice, which he actually did, thinking specifically of Charice while writing it. I would like to imagine that as David wrote it, he thought of the struggles of Charice, the strength she draws from her wonderful God-given gift of singing, and how that steeled her to triumph over trials. I can't help but also think that we should also find our own inner strength when the world at any particular time is not as kind as we want it to be.
