I had no idea that someone actually doesn't know how to whipp a heavy cream.

you can always tell when it's americanized, no one will use this type of cream in Italy, or in French cooking, it's just an easy way it.

the only thing that bugs me is that your using a dry measuring cup for a wet ingredient- but i suppose if its just for a rough estimate its okay.

hey baby...don't write "italian recipes" when it's not true. ZABAIONE it's completely different and in italy we dont use packet things or syrup like u. u wrong baby.
