Cafferty on Bush war crimes bill

"President Bush is trying to pardon himself. Here's the deal: Under the War Crimes Act, violations of the Geneva Conventions are felonies, in some cases punishable by death. When the Supreme Court ruled that the Geneva Convention applied to al Qaeda and Taliban detainees, President Bush and his boys were suddenly in big trouble. They've been working these prisoners over pretty good. [h]In an effort to avoid possible prosecution they're trying to cram this bill through Congress before the end of the week before Congress adjourns. The reason there's such a rush to do this? If the Democrats get control of the House in November this kind of legislation probably wouldn't pass."

Permit him to heal up at Walter Reed, then let him heal up and then do it all over again for 8 yrs.

This is the law that cheny/bush/rumsfeld etc. broke. Google it. Some are eligible for th Death Penalty. Over 100 Detainees have died in US Custody. Over 30 have been classified by US Army Doctors as homicides. cheny/bush/rumsfeld etc should be fully investigated and when found guilty. Should be sentenced to life in prison at hard labor with no chance of parole. They should only B let out to empty bed pans at NMC Bethesda & Walter Reed.
