@maxisking2 Don't tell us how you do your wrestling with your boyfriend; we're trying to learn MMA here ...

HI im 3 time pretend champion, when he goes in for a double leg I'm gonna try to sit on his face and then at the same time, and timing is everything here, make sure to firmly grab his dick.

looks like a great move i'm guna try it in practice. i have a bad habit of getting stuck in that position after i'm tired and do a failed attempt at a cow catcher then i go to my back like a dumbass and half the time i'm up atleast 10 points :o

@dchan0425 , sometimes you are not able to sprawl so is good to have this kind of techniques ... What times ? in MMA, you can get punched in the face or be feinted or you could be attempting to strike when suddently your opponent tries to double leg you , so there is no time to sprawl at that moment

push his head to the mat and sprawl... alot easier

If you know how to wrestle this is a joke move. No way you can switch from here with anyone that knows his takedowns. If you want to do MMA go wrestle for at least 5 years then learn the other garbage.

@dchan0425 He knows how to sprawl, dawg. This was a situational counter that can be quickly added to your arsenal. I've seen guys use it when a guy shoots, they sprawl, the guy shoots again from the ground, succeeds in dropping you on your butt, and then you hit this variant of the sitout and switch.
dude just sprawl.
