As far as politicians go, R and D are the same. The hatred between these two factions in America is a product of our government telling the media to feed us just enough inflammatory hype to keep the flame of intolerance alive in all of us. This solves 2 problems. We always make sure to vote for "our guy" to ensure the failure of "brand B". (Greatly reduces the chances of a Ron Paul win.) Also, it helps take our minds off of having to bend over all the time.
