Nice car. i might buy a 85 t/a firebird with the v8 5speed but in white. hows it run for being an oldie? whats ur top speed also, the 4speed automatics speedo only go to 85, hoping the 5 speed is different

I found 4 speed manual 85 TA my friends giving me a 350 small block going to stick that in there the 305 is fkin crap.

i got a 85 Trans am 305 TPI. i want to swap out the 700r4 with a t-5. I heard GM didn't use t-5 with tpi because the tpi was shredding the trannys. only a 700 r4 could handle the power. well i second that and still am going t through with a swap MUahha

Nice. I Have the same model, year and color Trans am. you need to take the stock rims off and put some pacers with some low pros on them,also drop it like an inch or two, and straight pipe it from the cat back.
