We take a look at Cam Ranh Bay's past (circa 1968) and present (2006). Here, we visit the former Naval Air Facility, home to various US Navy coastal patrol squadrons and the US Army's 1st Radio Research Company during the "American War."
Today, it is co-habitated by the Vietnamese Navy and a civilian aviation training center.

The Air Force base end is the international airport? He has a 2006 clip on here that shows the place abandoned.
