Gillian just blew me away in Bleak House. I mean she was always so awesome as Scully and yet she blew me away again in that period piece.

One of my all time favorite films. Gillian Anderson was so magnificent in this. I wish she would do more period pieces. This really shows her depth as an actor and her chops. She stays on the brink through the entire story. A film that stayed true to the classic. I toured the Wharton estate in western MA. several years ago and do hope it endures and is able to be kept well and protected.
