A traditional Madeira Quinta in a unique location with a sea front stretching 400 meters, which was converted into an Estalagem, a small hotel. It is located on the eastern point of the Santa Cruz bay and its waters and sea-bed are amongst the most beautiful to be found in the Atlantic.

The Albatroz is located in a privileged part of the Island, only ten minutes away from Santo da Serra, home to the Madeira Island Open. Santo da Serra is one of the most spectacular golf courses in Europe, with beautiful views over the sea, the mountains and neighboring islands.

The mild climate and the strategic locations of its golf courses in relatively high parts of the island make playing golf enjoyable all year around. It is certainly one of the very few places in Southern Europe where you can comfortably play even in the hot summer months.
