Ok, for people who haven't played Birth by Sleep DON'T READ MY COMMENT!!!
When I first saw the armor, I was like 'Whoa! Back up!' And after taking a closer look at it, the armor belongs to Aqua! The one blue haired chick who's a B!tch to play on standard!

I could just tell, by the figure of the body, the sleeves on the coat, and the way that he stands, that the man in the begining was Xemnas. And this is the first time I evan saw this. I didn't evan look at the other comments.

Ventus is a totally different person, but he got part of Sora's heart. So Sora basically has two parts to one heart making him able to hold two keyblades, it's why Roxas looks like Ven and also has some form of emotion.
