Yeah, you know I just a Lightbulb Moment. Wasn't it kind of embarassing to know that Four of His Ex-Wives were there. Holly, Alex, Jenna and Dinah.

What I really loved about this scene is how "Romantic" The Couples got. Blake & Ross, Holly & Fletcher not to mention The "Extras". What a wonderful way to end an evening.

Hey guys, don't you notice that GL always had the Midas Touch for casting alot of African American Actors who work with some of the biggest Writers/Directors/Producers of African American Film. IE Spike Lee, John Singleton, and of course now Tyler Perry. No other Soap Opera has been able to do that.

@whatever30345 I think that Megan McTavish & Ellen Wheeler are the folks that really do a bad job in Daytime. I would have loved for Dahlia to find out that Frank is her Father and have it create tension with Eleni. Also, have Annie divorce Josh and get with Phillip. I was also mad when Megan McTavish got Bianca raped on All My Children, that was so homophobic.

Well, actually Dennis Parlato didn't replace Michael Zaslow until May 1997 after Buzz & Reva had already had gotten a divorce.
But it is true time Sharon Leal was on as Dahlia wasn't 1 of the best of times for the show. Megan McTavish (headwriter of the show in 1995 - 96 had written some really ridiculous storylines that alienated many couples that should have been together & also some strange storylines) & then the next pair of headwriters wrote worse (except for Annie's {Watros} story).

Oh here's something else you guys may not know. Yvonna Kopacz-Wright (Mel), and Karla Mosley (Christina) have also appeared in various Productions of Dreamgirls.

say what you will about the Dahlia character etc,- GL was still my favorite soap and it's just great to be able to watch these clips and see the show in it's heyday- thanks for posting them!

Love Dahlia's dress & I could buy that being one of Vanessa's favorite songs. Nice staging with Reva, Annie, & Josh. Nice couple shots in the crowd too. LOVE Marcus' pin. Attractive & perfectly in character. Vanessa begins to come back to life. The reunion they are embarking on now is Mattessa's best story, if you ask me.
