@superhotbm I haven't found it to be abrasive yet but there's so many warnings about it damaging the enamel that I'm really careful with it.

Baking soda sanitizes your mouth and teeth from bacteria that cause these sores.

It's a myth that baking soda is abrasive. It's on the Arm and Hammer website.

I did my research and your toothbrush is far more abrasive than baking soda or regular fluoride toothpaste. Keep an open mind to this.

Try it! Floss and baking soda is the way to go. When they clean teeth, they use a baking soda rinse. Fluoride isn't good for you. good luck!!
