Aight, seeing as I realized my low FPS was NOT because the settings were high, I went back to the Emulator and re-tried, this time at max resolution (windowed) and at mostly high GFX settings. Game looks absolutely delicious and plays smooooooth even with FRAPS running.
Here's just a basic fight with my crappy Bowser vs CPU lvl9 Snake & Donkey Kong, nothing fancy.
Go to "Brawl" mode and click one player for you, and click the rest until they go to "grey" (CPU). Can't remember my controls.

@RopeDrink Also, what are your Wii Remote emulator settings for the keyboard?

@RopeDrink Hey Rope, the game works great on my laptop! The only problem is that the first time I go into brawl, it shows 2 players, how do I make it so it's only 1 and I'm just versing computer players?

@RopeDrink Alright, thank you, I'm downloading the ISO now, so I'll get back to you and see how it all turns out! 8)

All the settings are practically on default, except for Audio and Graphics which I put higher as my computer can handle it - You should check the Dolphin Forums if you have problems. I've no idea about controllers, I just use Keyboard.

@RopeDrink That's ok :P Sorry I'm spamming all your comments but what are your Dolphin settings? And can you please tell me how to use my PS3 controller for Dolphin.

@RopeDrink If I downloaded a NSTC version but my laptop is from Australia, will I still be able to play the game ok? Or do I have to get a PAL version?

As said, I mounted a copy, not a download.

@RopeDrink Can you PM me a link to download the game please?
