Magic Kingdom parade during hurricane 1

Thank you Hurricane Fay for making our lives more entertaining. Parade started shortly before a torrential downpour, then hilarity ensued. Sorry for crappy vid quality, it was taken on my cell phone.

it's amazing how they acted like it was NOT raining! they did exactly what they were supposed to do when it wasn't! and not heading for shelter and for those who did the parts without full suit didn't even put on a poncho! :O

This was during Faye(which was a hurrican / tropical storm ) . It was fun to work not haveing to worry about people trying to run in front of the floats when we told them they couldn't cross the street (please don't do that we tell you these things for your safty not to ruin your fun) and trust me we have pulled off parades in worse then that .

you mean this was an actual huricane, not a tropical storm, or a regular thunderstorm? Why did they decide to have the parade during the huricane? What catagory huricane was it?

I was in the Florida Keys when Hurricane Fay struck. It really wasn't as bad as predicted. But you gotta give credit to Disney to pull through the storm.
