This is a fight scene between Ryu and Sakura (training, kinda) from Street Fighter Alpha: Generations. Generations is part of the Alpha series but not the sequel to Alpha movie.
This is my favourite part of the movie:P. (Ryu's voice is just pure awesome:)
DIALOGUE:
RYU- Let's GO!
SAKURA- I'm ready for you...
*fight*
SAKURA-Ryu.your holding back on me, your not using all of your abilities.
But why? Cause you think am weak!?
That's an INSULT!
*attack*
FUKA-SAKURA!!!
SAKURA- I'm alright. Ryu again, Please
*real fight:P*
RYU- This girl. She stands up to me with all her strenght knowing she's no match for me!
*break*
She's right, there's no question! I really do wanna fight him.
I'm gonna fight that MAN!
The man is Akuma

Wow the animation isn't very good and neither is the voice acting compared to other street fighter anime.
