Valery Gergiev, is the conductor, for a while the director of the Kirov Opera, I believe. Orchestra appears to be a youth orchestra. They're pretty good overall, some missed cues, but it's a tricky piece for any orchestra. Clueless as to why the camera operator missed a shot of the harpist during that instrument's cadenza.
