This exercise is a variation on the push up and focuses on the chest.
Take a dumbell and loosen the grips so that it can roll on the ground. Start in the press up position with hands on the dumbells. As you lower your chest to the ground you should roll out your arms and touch your chest to the floor.
The weight on the dumbells makes no difference to the exercise itself.
