Is there any lag when playing games? I mean say you press left on your 360 pad, is the image updated so soon that you can play games normaly?

This is very important, even a few frames of lag is bad. Does it display the image as quickly as a regular monitor/TV? My monitor has only 5ms lag. If capture card adds 20-40ms then it's horrible so I must know.

Can i use this with a 2.0 USB port, a HDMI cable, and an Xbox 360 to record in HD and onto my laptop? I have read the USB cable works in a 2.0 port? Please answer :)
