Jesus guys stop dogging on wii fit I really want an honest opinion on this but all I see is non-owners that are probably obeses themselves try to talk mess on a game meant to help you: obviously nothing beats a REAL run or weightlifting and such (I LOVE TRACK & FIELD,) but I'd like to know if this game really helps your balance, flexibility and capability to exercise.

lol anyone thinking they are going to get fit or lose a decent amount of weight with this is deluding themselves. There is only one way to get fit and it's by getting out of the house and pushing yourself, however it is quite fun though as a game.

yes but it blinks then just stops syncing.. when i try to play it doesnt think i have a board thing soo.... T.T

did you try to sync it? There should be instructions on how to sync it to your wii console in the packaging.

I just got Wii fit for my birthday, a day ago. I think the board IS incredibly sensitive and after playing some of the games it does feel tiring after a while, as if it does have an exercise effect. One thing I don't like is the jogging game, you don't even use the board... I don't understand that, but I do like the game a lot. :)
