i fail to see what is a soul... my personality is determined by my brain and my upbringing, my memories are also in my brain. my emotions are the result of chemichal reaction occuring in by body (hormons, etc). so tell me, what is the purpose of the soul? convincing you tht you wont disapear after your death won,t do it.

If you don't like him then that's okay as well... There is no Dawking's Dogma that I am aware of.

Just keep asking questions and look into what you are told. You seem like a smart chap, I am sure you will figure it out.

i just think he waffles on and forgets what he says, it is just a worry as some young atheists follow every word he says seriously, i was reading that the hindu religion came from the aryans which lived in the indus valley. thats the faith with the caste system isnt it

Well, you are entitled to you opinion. However people from India constitute a race whereas Hinduism is a religion so perhaps we should not mix the two concepts.

As to Dawkins changing his opinion a lot - I would argue to the contrary, but I don't think I need to fight his battles - he is a big boy...

i saw a talk between dawkins and a christian lady and he threw out to her that hindus worship a butter churn, i did not know he was just mocking hindus to her and i dont think she new what they worshiped, i did not realise he was mocking indians i find dawkins changes his views alot in different clips, he forgets some thing he has said the past differently.

No, I mean Ghee as in a class of clarified butter that as well as having some scrumptious culinary functions is also used in the worship of divine deities. I presume that if Professor Dawkins has said that Hindus worship a butter churn – then you might forgive him some literary license.
