  • Fantastic video and well done capturing the flavor of the town. I was last there Summer of 2009. Had many a meal at the George. We came through so often as our friend Denice Purdie has a soap shop there. One of my favorite towns and I miss it all the more after watching this. Thank you for sharing.

  • @forbes1963 thank you - I am happy that you enjoyed watching the video - I always enjoy visiting the town - it has a wonderful atmosphere - thanks again,

  • Wonderfully done! My wife and I have visited Inveraray many times and have fond memories of the nearby "Rest and Be Thankful" at the beginning of your video.

Thanks so much for teaching me the proper pronunciation of "Arrochar" where a possible kinsman of yours, one Bobby Campbell, once owned the Cobbler Hotel

I will now spend a pleasant afternoon re-visiting, vicariously, some of our other favo(u)rite Scottish haunts.

  • Somebody was talking to me to-day about how nice Inveraray was. After watching your video I realise that a visit is a must. Well done.

  • Good job!

  • This is an excellent video, and one of my favourite towns. As a boy I would fish for Mackeral at the end of the Pier or swim from the pier in the what seemed like tropical water !!

  • Keep up the brilliant work. Very enjoyable.
