@Boharhija We're talking about strictly military stuff here.
In that time, things were not asymmetrical warfare, you had things to go and take out, clear objectives.
Therefore, you had to set points and a common strategy in order to defeat them.
Look what happened to the russians back at tannenberg, they had a HQ like the republicans without Durruti.
Sure, in the short run, the militias managed to kick the army out of their territory, but in the long run, they lost.

The Spanish revolution wasn't a pure anarchist example. Durutti, as this movie shows, had some authority over the others. That's not right, that's not freedom! But in the next revolution we will know where our comrades have failed and we will win! There will be freedom!
