you bend your back leg to much much make it a little straight so your night on your knee once you go down && then you should be able to go down a liddo more(: good luuck

If you wanna be more flexible than yoga is a good help . on youtube you find many paxis which you can do alone at home . sorry for my bad english .
Rhythmic yoga i like the most . at the beginning a bit hard but 1-2 times a week and in one month you have what you want
and to our little peopls which need to fuck . go to your girlfriend and if you dont have one go under people maybe you found love .

i almost have my left splits and what i do is streach on each side for 10 seconds and then do my splits and it really helps

Push back your shoulders as much as possible. Try to keep your upper body vertical. This will stretch your hip flexor more. Most likely, it will immediately push you down 2-3 inches. If it doesn't, then hold it for a minute and you will sink farther than you would have leaning forward. Make sure to warm up. Start with 30seconds each day and add30 seconds each week. If you miss a day, start over. If you go too far or fast or skip warming up, you will develop scar tissue which doesn't stretch.

well in my jazz class they make us hold each split for 2 mins or more and it hurts lol just admitting that but in 2 months i got my left down just practice when you are watching tv or something or doing homework that is what i do

If you stretch everyday you should be able to get them all the way down

For your right split, (which is looking the best of the three(: ) what you can do is put your hands on your feet and push downwards and lean forward i have a tutorial up if you would like more tips!:)

Every day I do my spkits and all I do is get ib soccer postion and after do transfer wieght to the leg I disnt have any of my spkits but I started doing this and now I have them down check out the video im gonna do

Wow, your splits look exactly like mine so I'm going to try to get mine done in one week practising once in the morning, once after school and once before bed for 15-30 Min also do pigeon stretch it really helps.Hope you get to the splits!
Ignore all these perverts saying you need to break your hymen, you don't. I have my splits and I didn't break my hymen, just push a little further every day and hold it 30 secs. Don't push too far or you might hurt yourself!

JUST DO A WARM UP BEFORE YOU START EXERCISE
YOU CAN WARM UP YOURSELF BY RUNNING
AND THEN KEEP STRETCHING YOUR LEGS YOU WILL GET IT
