  • My Late wife was a nurse for 33 years. She was a true angel of mercy. She cared about her patients with her heart as well as her training. She had the healing touch I saw it many times. She could touch a patients hand smile and talk to them with a soothing voice and they felt better just for her being there. We could not do our shopping with out at least one person hugging her and thanking her for the care she gave them while they were in the hospital. Nurses truly are the angels on earth.

  • can you define any further the nursing aide as it is shown in the video? I am still in vague about the topic though. Eventually, nurses should be praised with their hard works and labor.

  • @victoriasjo21 LPNs are nurses. Licensed Practical NURSE...Biggest pet peeve, EVER. I insert caths, start IVs, administer medications including push meds, monitor blood transfusions and dialysis patients, care plans, teaching, administer 2L of oxygen if need be, wound care, and all while still having to do bed baths and toileting (Not sure if that's what you assumed that's all we did)..all the things RNs do while having less pay than an RN and less respect because people don't realize what we do

  • Good video! Just a small criticism, the video shows mostly doctors not nurses so is a bit misleading!

  • I'm an RN in Tuscaloosa, AL and worked the night of the devastating F5 tornado that tore apart my town. I absolutely love what I do and wouldn't change it for the world.

  • You guys are truely angles! bending every corner you can to give us comfort! I hope i can be that nurse one day! Wish me luck getting my nurseing assistant! after that LPN! then NURSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wish me luck! and You people are AMAZING!

  • Thank you! I am an ER nurse and often times feel unappreciated by our patients. Thank you for reminding me how wonderful and noble our profession truly is.

  • proud to be a nurse..
