@Post4JM Actually I was responding to the comment "Her compositions really do not impress me, I've seen better young composers" -- not whether there are other children who play this piece better than Emily. For the record, I was being sarcastic in my previous comment when I said I want to know other young composers better than Emily :p

You people that post negative stuff amaze me. I do believe you are purely jealous! I played this at my College Senior Recital, and I didn't play it nearly as well as she did! This is really beautiful!! And I, too, was so focused on the music that I didn't even notice the breathing (although my son did =3).

That heavy breathing was annoying...next time wear looser fitting clothes!

@ClassicalFan28 If you like her Northern Lights, I recommend Philip Glass'  Metamorphosis 2.

Nowadays, this is not a rare talent. I've heard many young children play this piece with great technique and expression. Nonetheless, she plays wonderfully well.
