  • Hi Mike. We were feeding that loop with abut 225 feet of RG-213. The loop is set for 7150 KHz and the VSWR is about 1.5:1 at resonance. It is usable across all of 40 meters without a tuner except for the extremes. My radio is a Kenwood TS-570S. The tuner in that radio will tune from 15 to 1500 ohms. So I consider it a lightweight tuner. But it will tune every band from 40 all the way up to 6.

  • Great demo on setting up the delta loop in the field. Would like a little info on how your feeding the ant, use of tuner etc, for those who have never used a loop.
