does anyone know why i don't have an objective arrow when i select this as my current quest? i collected all of the three fragments, but theres no more objective arrow...

ok i got a problem i had went into the dungon where your suppose to get the notes from daynas valen's body along with the ivroy claw and i had done picked up the notes and put on a bookshelf in my house when i got this quest it told me to get my notes and i did then its acted as if i havent got them from the body and keeps telling me to go back to the body and get the notes i've been using the guide by this guy to do what im suppose to do can anyone help me to figure out how to update the quest
