Castlevania: SotN - The Priest and the Crying Lady

(Sorry for the horrible sound and video, but it was the best I could do.)

Probably the first time a Castlevania game has genuinly freaked me out.

Sometimes when you sit down, the Priest won't hurt you, he'll just sit down, pray, and walk away. At times the Lady will be the one to pull the shades and hurt you with the spikes too. I think it's random every time.
Also, as far as I know, the ghosts can't be killed, but feel free to correct me on that point.

(And yes, those are Phoenix Wright-sounds in the background, my girlfriend was playing whilst I shot this video.)

How good are the DS CastleVanias? I have never tried them out, apart from watching some random videos on Youtube.

The main characters don't look to convincing imo.

I always wondered if there was any other secret involved with that scene, but I have not found anything else apart form the creepy / sinister factor that it delivers!

Again thanks for reminding me of that scene with the priest & the crying lady!!

I have completed all 3 of the newer GBA CastleVania games, but they a ll failed to deliver that majestic feel of SOTN and the previous 2D games of the series.
