This cartoon was on the very first episode of Pee-Wee's Playhouse, when King of Cartoons says "Let the Cartoon... Begin." Nothing beats them real classic cartoons from the 20s, 30s, and 40s. Ones that Pee-Wee Herman/Paul Reubens grew up with.

Magic! I have been wanting to see this cartoon ever since I saw it a long time ago as a kid & then in the 80's I saw parts of it on Pee-Wee's Playhouse! Didn't think i would ever find this again, Many Thanks!

Damn I love this cartoon! I remember seeing it on this old videotape I used to have but than it was sold at a garage sale.
Now that im older, I see what the cartoon actually portrays; stereotypical drunken irish cops, police brutality, people being "pickled" (drunk).
This cartoon was really really deep and dark now that I think about it...
But anyways, it will and always be a classic. In my opinion, cartoons should still be this way.
