  • On this video Gail says a double shot is 2 oz ... but on your grinder calibration video she says a double is 3 oz...which is correct?

  • I was thinking about something.. When do you need to start counting the time? From you set it to make the coffee, or from when thge coffee starts coming out?

  • Start counting as soon as you initiate the shot; but this is for a non-pressurized portafilter. Pressurized portafilters use a different technology, so timing and calibrating the grind isn't really necessary. - Kat
