  • She is using her hands to keep the balance (according to the steps she is making)

Vera Rudakova is Junior World and European Champion (2010, 2011)

    Congratulations!!!

  • She is using her arms to keep the balance, and the movement is correct depending on the steps she is doing))))

By the way - Vera Rudakova is Junior World and European Champion in 400H (2010-2011)

    Congrats to her!!!!

  • Can you please tell me when is the best time to do this exercises? I mean, should I do a hole 1h training only with this kind of drills? Or I can do the normal hurdles (running) drills and then use this as extra training?

  • @robendeca It is better to do the "walking" exercises before your regular training or even instead of it!! We mainly do them for stretching and strength. It is great for any event - 100m, 100h, 400m, 400H 800m and so on...

If you want to have some variety in your sprint training, you can use hurdles for that. Just do exercises "with timing". Imagine, one walk of forward-back exercise by the 10th hurdle you can bring you up to a pulse of 200. it is like running sprint , isn't it?))...

  • how much does it cost to join zelenta's training program?
