ABC News Sydney, Friday 16 May.
Paul Dyer, Artistic Director of the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra, is conducting a classroom full of nine-and ten-year olds. Twenty boy trebles are racing through their 'alleluias' as they rehearse Buxtehude's magnificent Heut' triumpheret Gottes Sohn ahead of its Australian premiere in The Brandenburg Choir concert series.

  • I was at their performance at the City Recital Hall in Sydney, and it was pretty good. The combined effort of the boys and the adult choir however was the most mind blowing performance ever, it really was.

  • @saggo1712 its the same everywhere else too....The UK and America have sports up the ass and kids with artistic talent are ignored. Bread and Circuses.

  • Why did the woman reading the news have to compare it to football? There is something deeply disturbing about the Australian preoccupation with sport.
