Apparently this woman was jailed again today. California has an habitual offender statute. In theory she could spend the remainder of her life behind bars. I think that's what the Judge is cruising for.

Lindsay was much better in the old days. Then, unfortunately, as the years went by, she started to become an addict and things went downhill for her, ALL the way down. I believe shes gonna learn a huge lesson while staying in jail. She shouldnt be all that upset because she is lucky that she wont spent much more time in jail. Unlike other people that arent that lucky like her that spents years in jail rather then months. Enjoy your freedom lindsey Lohan because on the 20th of July your ass belongs in jail.
