Wow, real artificial intelligence. That's just amazing. But, part of me is sad because I wanted to be the first one to make a intelligent robot, oh well...

don't worry, you still can..but better be quick, theres tons of people working on it.

This robot are real and they have used more than 20 years to make this 30 more years and they whil be runing around in the street right 8D and yeah i know one of the people that did work on it he is a friend of my cousin

i agree entirely. BUT out of all the videos i've seen and the little bit of reading i've done, i still havent seen what the intended use of ASIMO is... i'm seriously wondering WHAT marketing potential this has... though i aswell find 'his' existance fascinating, i'd buy one just to hang out w/ it lol...
and look at the balls on honda, showing ASIMO use stairs successfully lol.. false advertising...

think they set out to have them replace humans where its dangerous :P just like all the other kinds of robots u see. You could have them at construction sites working side by side with humans or just have them do grunt work.
And btw, asimo have become alot better latley at stairs and alike =)

And even if they fail completly in this quest for artifical humans Id say that they are pretty cool x)
