hi ye it does work i was doing this workout in the army and it got us all very tired very qiuckly this will get ur muscles burning, the reason for this exercise is underneath every muscle theres another group of muscles called surpporting muscles and what your doing is giving them a good workout which you cant do doin normal training like lifting weights ect...
YOU WILL FEEL THE BURN FLEXIN THAT BAR personally i hate it coz my instructor thrashes me wiv this excersise but is very good for you

I can tell you that this is probably one of the best exercises that I have done for my tummy. Its bloomin to hard to do,,,the guy in the video is obviously very fit which is why it looks easy!! I will bet you that if YOU tried the flexi bar you could not keep up with this exercise!!! I have been using the flexibar for about a month and at first I thought it would be easy but I could hardly move the thing...just a few days later and your muscles adapt and you get a grrrrreat workout :o)
