I guessed it was Aaron. However, the final scene still gave me chills. The music shift when she says "Hey Aaron" is brilliant.

Honestly, I was crying when I saw kate leaving the island with aaron. it's just, I feel so sorry for claire. but i think i kind of understand kate, i mean, she helped claire giving birth to aaron, maybe she just feel responsible for him, at least she thinks claire is lost on the island. but i hope that lost has a happy end, for me it would be so horrible if claire would not get aaron back. i just wanted to say that :P

1) He feels guilty about Aaron not being his his biological mother, Claire.
2) Aaron's real mother, Claire is also his half sister.
3) Jack PROMISED Claire, she and Aaron would get of the island together and promised Hurley they would find Claire. Now he feels guilty about it.
