@moonwhistle Nitto used it a couple times during the KSK ranbat days. It's a decent super. Has most of the same strength's as Ken's SA2 and Yun builds meter really fast any way. The only issue with using SA2 is that SA3 is still better overall. SA3 gives you like 1 to 0 frame normals and a bunch of other OP combo setups.  SA1 is garbage. It's nice to use if you're new to the game but Yun isn't that scary without super meter unlike Yang so the other 2 give him super faster.

@tj203 No. It has to do with the software that is being used to play online. It uses GGPO's code, which in their words, uses a peer-to-peer topology to run a complete copy of your game for each player, transmitting controller inputs over the network to keep these copies in sync. Each player's inputs are sent to their copy of the game without having to wait for their opponent's to arrive over the network. What it does when there is lag is frame skip to the most accurate frame. Which causes delay.
