A couple things to try out, if you get bored.
Almond work also lasts an insanely long time (for those that are allergic to soy, and milk).
Don't drink store juice. Get a juicer. Perfect for making homemade popsicles (28 calories tops), and making filling juiceshakes. Store juice is just as awful as soda.

@CutieSmiles247 i dont know why they do. it is simple calories in, calories out. if you know your maintenance level and know how much you put in, then you will know how much weight you will lose each week. I never got veggies in other than sweet potatoes.

All this is processed crap. Oatmeal is ok, Talapia is farm fed crap. Replace these with organic non processed foods. Dont just look at the carbs and the calories, Look at all the ingredients!

@SuperGuardianX i live in tellico plains, tn..... the closest store for organic foods is over an hour away drive. It's all i could do with the crappy stores we have around this small town. It worked for weight loss. Long term its not good with the processed stuff.

I like your video and it is very informative. There's always sth ppl like or dislike. I think your video is very detailed and organized. How long did it take for you to lose 79 lbs? Why is water so important for losing weight? I hate drinking water and does drinking water help burn calories? I'm a female and I want to lose 40lbs (I'm 5ft 4 140lb now) Do I need to take much protein too? Thanks!

@CryBearARiver i think it took almost a year. that is the healthy way, trying to lose 1-2 pounds per week. it's better in the long run that way. With water, i hated it. but drinking your calories is the worst way to put on weight. So i just made myself drink water till i liked it. took a long time. You wont need much protein. Id say 75 grams is enough for you. you are not looking to be a bodybuilder im assuming.
