@jaafarj exactly.. hes standing on a rod, with his feet leaned back to put the pressure on the rod and the front of his shoes just touching his arm pretending as if hes standing on his arm.

Not magic, just trick
Boy stand on iron rod not on his hand. Iron rod come from the chair. see movie again and watch the moment of magician. When he move his hand from shoulder toward hand, he pull the rod from the chair and then boy stand on it. after completion magician again push the iron rod back to the chair.
just see the movement of magician hand.

Firstly a single rod CAN hold up a person's weight. Secondly Ive studied enough magic tricks and hypnosis to know what this is. Also if you notice hes standing/balancing with the help of the magician and another stooge. Its a magic trick, he's a magician. Go figure. :)

no how can a person stand with the help of a single rod? How can a rod support his hand????..and the person was standing on his hand not on a rod...well dont know what's the reality

There is a rod inside the chair, the magician takes it out at 1:45 and then pushes it back at 3:26. This is a classic magic trick. No hypnosis involved.
