Sometimes false allegation cases have to be defended in several different areas. At http://www.falsely-accused.net/ we call these cases The Three Ring Circus

In addition to defending you in criminal court, in some cases a spouse will begin a divorce at the same time. Divorces are considered civil and are litigated in Family Court.

In addition to your criminal court defense, the State may file a petition to stop you from having contact with your children. This must be litigated in Juvenile Court.

Also, if you are a licensed professional like a physician, or a dentist, a nurse, a psychologist or a therapist, the State may also file a case against you in the States Licensing Administration Court.

You must remember, in some States, the Prosecutors office will seek to file charges against you in Criminal Court, in Juvenile Court and in Licensing Administrative Court. Our experience teaches us that these Prosecutors offices will do this just to increase the pressure on you to settle for a prison term in the criminal case. Obviously, few of us have the funds to fight all of these battles at the same time.

This is why these tactics are so effective in compelling a defendant to make any kind of agreement possible to end the suffering.
