I prefer the "steroid era" to the "pitch count obsessed" era any day!!!
At least it was somewhat fun to watch Bonds,McGuire and Sosa launch it 60 times a year. ........Now all I hear is how many fucking pitches the starting pitcher threw.....as if I fuckin cared to begin with....and then they take him out of the game after so many pitches like if he was a little leaguer ....the pitch count talk at first was annoying.......now it's incessant!!

Baseball players using steroids and giving the perception to the youth of America that it is ok to use steroids and put their young lives at risk is a total misappropriation of tax dollars. The lives and safety of the youth of America is not worth the tax dollars spent on insuring that their heroes act like the role models they are.
