that is true i agree becaus back in 2004 i was riding wiht my dad and uncle in a 1993 chrysler concorde and the one of those bolts snapped causing us to crash into a van that was stopped at a red light the airbags never deloyed because the bumper never hit the sensor like 3 years later we but a pacfica i was scared mindless i would never buy a chrysler.
It's good they are fairly safe in a crash because the LH Platform has common steering problems, sudden failure and bolts suddenly snapping for the inner tie rods that have crashes. Unfortunately, it's a bad design. You can find out more at dodgechryslersteeringproblems dot com
Structural performance is not always an indication of the risk of injury. Having said that, there was still a risk of leg injuries in this test and the structural performance was only adequate. However, good dummy control and low risk of head and chest injury earned it an "Acceptable" overall rating.
