1. Make death an advisor. At the end of our days on Earth we all spend time talking with death. If the Eagle sets a person free it is because of the life style they have chosen. If they are devoured by the Eagle they go out kicking and screaming. This is judgement day many religions talk about.

2. Be impeccable with power. If a person has an energy leak the Eagle will not let them free

Don Juan to subvert the tatics of the Flyers....inner silence and thinking of words before they are said. Love is the answer. Love is a quality of mind described crudely as 100% attention for what one is doing. Being totally 'into' something, stops the ego chatter. Hence the warrior seeks a 'path with heart'. because when we like something the attention is already naturally attracted. Then we grow the attention for what we do carefully with the intent of increasing precision and seeking what is vital. Then our true soul grows and the ego is now the one relegated to a minor role.

Dude, this "foreign energy" that you talk about, is not foreign at all, it is called ego, it is your own energy used in a self destructive ignorant way, you need to notice that you are the one who is creating suffering in your mind by compulsive automatic thinking.You need to stop identifing with your thougts and recognize them as mental habits that you have learned from people arround you since a very young age.To achieve this i recomend trascendental meditation an praying... yes i said praying
